Job Description 1.Lead Engagement & Qualification Call and engage with potential leads generated via online and offline campaigns, understand their property needs, and qualify them for further sales processes. 2.Client Communication & Follow-up Maintain timely follow-up with prospects, provide project details, resolve queries, and nurture interest to schedule site visits. 3.CRM & Lead Management Accurately update and track lead status and interactions in CRM tools, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-ups. 4.Coordination with Sales Team Coordinate with field sales team for seamless handover of qualified leads and assist in improving visit-to-booking conversions. 5.Performance & Conversion Focus Meet weekly / monthly targets related to call volumes, site visit scheduling, and lead conversions, while delivering a professional customer experience.
