We're looking for energetic, self-motivated professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact and grow with us. We want to hear from you if you're confident in building client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities :

Actively engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their property needs

Conduct property showings, site visits, and sales presentations

Negotiate and close sales transactions with professionalism and integrity

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitive properties

Requirements & Qualifications :

Proven experience in Real Estate sales, Minimum 1+ years

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad

Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred

A minimum Bachelor's degree is mandatory (any discipline)

Qualifications

Customer Service and Sales skills

Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws

Experience in the Real Estate industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Salary

Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 50,000 + Incentives on every sale
