Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team at Laxmi Group. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Narol office in Ahmedabad. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties, while ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive property information
Conduct property site visits and coordinate presentations for potential buyers and investors
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Maintain updated property listings and stay informed about market trends
Negotiate property deals and facilitate smooth transactions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and support the overall growth of the business
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, policies, and regulations
Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability
Good knowledge of real estate markets, sales processes, and legal compliance
Proven experience in real estate sales or property transactions (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with real estate management software is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Valid Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate)
