Role : Quality Engineer

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : Long Term

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : Pune, India – willing to go onsite

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with strong MicroStrategy, Power BI & SQL experience to drive testing strategy, collaborate with developers, and partner closely with product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute QE methodologies for BI solutions across EDW & Big Data platforms.
• Design test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for dashboards, semantic models, and reporting workflows.
• Validate data accuracy and business rules across Snowflake, Oracle, and other data sources.
• Build / maintain automation frameworks for regression and performance testing.
• Collaborate with BI developers & data engineers to identify and resolve defects early.
• Provide quality metrics and support release readiness and production stability.
