Job description :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across marketing, brand communication, and product touchpoints for Flophero, a B2B2C poker study and analytic tool. This role blends high-quality static design with motion graphics and short-form video content. You will own our visual identity across campaigns, product explainers, social assets, email communication, landing pages, and internal / external brand content — ensuring consistency, clarity, and a precise, confident, and sophisticated aesthetic that reflects our analytical product.
Focus Split : 90% of your work will be focused on marketing and brand assets, with 10% supporting product visuals and motion guidelines.
What You’ll Do
Motion & Video Design (Primary Focus)
- Create engaging short-form videos, product explainers, animations, reels, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Establish and maintain a consistent motion language, including timing, transitions, pacing, and animation style, with an emphasis on data visualization and information hierarchy.
- Use AI tools to ideate, storyboard, generate video elements, enhance footage, and streamline production workflows.
Graphic & Visual Design
Design static visual assets for marketing : campaign graphics, social media visuals, display ads, email banners, landing page graphics, event assets, etc.Ensure visual consistency across fonts, color, illustration style, iconography, and brand elements.Support product designers occasionally with UI visuals, micro-animations, or feature announcement assets for our web-based analytics platform.AI-Assisted Creative Production
Use AI tools for image generation, asset enhancement, or video automation (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).Experiment with new AI design tools and integrate them into the creative workflow for speed and scalability.Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to create campaign assets, with Product for feature visuals, and with Sales for presentations or explainer material.Translate briefs into polished creative outputs with minimal supervision.Share progress, gather feedback, and present work clearly and confidently.Research & Creative Direction
Stay updated with design trends, motion trends, visual storytelling styles, AI advances, and global industry benchmarks.Bring fresh ideas for improving brand identity, content formats, and motion direction.Maintain an asset library and ensure brand guidelines evolve with quality and consistency.Requirements
Must-Have
4–6 years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or visual communication.Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work, particularly examples of visualizing complex data or abstract concepts.Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.Hands-on experience with AI tools for image / video generation or enhancement.Deep understanding of color, typography, composition, pacing, and storytelling.Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality assets quickly.Good-to-Have
Experience in data visualization, gaming / esports, or fintech environments.Experience with video shoots or basic editing.Familiarity with Lottie / JSON animations for product use.Exposure to 3D design tools (Blender, C4D) is a plus.
