About the Role
Ogilvy is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Executive / Specialist (Part-time) to support our performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and improving ROAS / CPA in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to meet KPIs.
Perform A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Prepare weekly performance reports including spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics, Pixel, UTM parameters, and conversion setups.
Suggest improvements to scaling, funnel performance, and audience segmentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in paid media or performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads required).
Strong understanding of media buying metrics : ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, Quality Score, Conversion Rate.
Ability to analyze data, interpret dashboards, and propose actionable insights.
Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or multi-channel campaigns is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
