We’re now looking for a highly fluent, empathetic, and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to help more people discover our transformative health programs.
What You’ll Do
As a Pre-Sales Executive at HealthTick, you’ll be the first voice of trust and guidance for our potential customers. You won’t just be selling — you’ll be connecting . Your role bridges empathy and action, helping individuals feel understood and inspired to take the next step toward a healthier life.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential leads via calls / messages and build a meaningful first interaction. Fluency in English and the ability to build trust quickly are essential.
Identify the prospect’s health goals, pain points, and readiness for change. Be a good listener, not just a good speaker.
Confidently communicate HealthTick’s value proposition. Whether it's a warm lead or a cold call, your tone must remain clear, professional, and empathetic.
If the customer requires expert input, seamlessly connect them with our health coaches and ensure the handover feels personal and smooth.
Reconnect with the prospect after the consultation to gather feedback, answer lingering questions, and work toward lead closure.
Finalize the onboarding for those ready to begin their journey with HealthTick. For others, maintain follow-ups at respectful intervals.
