The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations for warehouse teams — covering recruitment, onboarding, compliance, attendance, payroll inputs, and engagement. The position will serve as the key HR partner for warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination between HR, Finance, and external manpower agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Handle end-to-end hiring for all warehouse roles (direct and indirect), from junior to leadership levels.
• Drive in-house recruitment and manage off-roll hiring through consultants and manpower agencies.
• Liaise with Finance and vendors for consultant payments and manpower billing.
