Senior UX UI Designer

We are on the lookout for a talented Senior UX / UI Designer to join our innovative team. Your role will be pivotal in uncovering client needs, defining compelling digital journeys, and ensuring top-notch quality across our digital projects and client products. Main Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement : Transform client briefs to focus on user-centric design, conducting thorough industry and domain research to extract valuable insights.
• Design Thinking : Employ a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating deliverables to perfection.
• User Studies : Plan, manage, and execute user studies, providing detailed reporting.
• Design Systems : Evaluate and map design systems, facilitating their creation and implementation.
• Problem Solving : Identify design challenges proactively and craft elegant solutions.
• Visualization : Translate UX artifacts into client-facing formats that drive business impact, supported by data.
• Prototyping : Map and prototype digital products, ensuring compatibility across a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Team Leadership : Oversee team output, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with UI designers, data and SEO analysts, front-end, back-end, and app developers to bring UX / UI and prototypes to life.

Must Have :

Collaboration : Enthusiasm for working closely with teams and stakeholders in a distributed model to deliver outstanding design solutions.

Experience : 3+ years of UX / UI design experience (preferably in a digital agency).
