Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced RCM Executive / AR Caller to manage the full revenue cycle management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all stages of the billing cycle—from patient registration to denial management , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections. The role requires the ability to effectively manage billing processes and work with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

• Patient intake, eligibility verification , and charge entry
• Claims submission , payment posting , and AR follow-up
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure that authorizations are obtained before service delivery.
• Accurately process claims via Medicare, Medicaid , and commercial payers .
• Post EOBs / ERAs and reconcile payments with daily deposits.
• Perform AR calling to follow up on pending or denied claims, taking corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and correct denials, rejections , and underpayments to ensure maximum reimbursement .
• Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly preferred
• enerate and analyze aging and productivity reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure all billing processes comply with HIPAA and payer regulations .
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, coding, and billing corrections.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience :

Medical Billing : 3 - 6 years (Preferred)
