Job Overview

The ICDICM designer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Majesco Insurance products that uses ICDICM toolkit framework as the development framework ICDICM is a Majescos proprietary framework Majesco has built this framework in house using Java and many open source software The ICDICM is a low code development platform which provides environment for developers to create application software through graphical user interfaces and configuration instead of traditional computer programming

Duties and Responsibilities

Leading and guiding a small team of developers

Designing of functional modules

Developing YAWL flows defining and updating Object Models and Mappings

Writing and defining Rules in Rules Engine

UTP and UT

Deployment and demo support

QC support

Module ownership

Functional expertise on modules

Database scripting and data verifications

Skills Attributes Required

Essential

o Application programming with inclination towards domain

o Development experience with object-oriented programming JAVA technology stack preferred though not mandatory

o Experience in design both high level as well as low level

o Exposure to any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts

o Experience in setting up business rules and workflow engines

o Should have conducted requirements sessions understanding customers business processes

o Should have good experience implementing and supporting Majesco Billing product

o Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and nonfunctional requirements for the Majesco products

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address system issues and improve processes

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
