The Director - Human Resources will be a strategic leader responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a diplomatic and strategic thinker who can align HR strategies with the organization’s overall goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Leadership :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Talent Acquisition and Management :
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop a talented workforce.
- Implement talent management strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Employee Engagement and Development :
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- HR Policies and Compliance :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in the application of HR policies.
Qualifications and Experience :
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.A minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of strategic HR leadership in a large, complex organization with minimum strength 500 employees.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
