Below is the JD : Responsibilities :

Administer and optimize PowerScale clusters across Multi-potocols (NFS / SMB / HDFS / S3) environments.

In-depth knowledge of SyncIQ (migrations, multi-directional replication, delta transfers, multi-protocol sync),

Snapshots & SnapshotIQ, Perform failovers, failbacks, resiliency, and DR testing.

Lead cluster lifecycle tasks including node addition, rebalancing, SmartFail, and tech refresh activities.

Configure and validate network connectivity (VLANs, LACP, MTU, routing, DNS, NTP) and work with security teams on firewall rules.

Handle AD integrations across multi-domain / forest setups, including trusts, ID mapping, and authentication troubleshooting.

Optimize PowerScale for HDFS workloads (Hive, Impala, Empower) when required.

Follow ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management, ensuring clear documentation.

Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients.

Calm and professional in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Experience :

Supporting large clusters (25–70+ nodes).

Vulnerability management experience.

Client-facing roles in enterprise environments.
