Staff Engineer

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of complex, scalable, and high-impact technical solutions across our global content platform. This role is critical to the growth and success of our technology team and involves close collaboration with engineering teams, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a technical leader across multiple teams, driving architecture decisions and ensuring technical alignment with the organization’s vision.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, performant, and resilient systems that meet current and future business needs.
• Write high-quality, production-grade code to create pilots or proof-of-concept solutions for innovative ideas.
• Drive the development of new features that align with business and user needs.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, including the evaluation and integration of new technologies and frameworks.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers across the organization to promote best practices and professional growth.
• Identify and address technical debt, architectural bottlenecks, and areas for optimization in existing systems.
• Conduct thorough code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and maintainability.
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
