We are looking for an expert-level Head of Google Ads (Performance Marketing) to lead and scale our Google campaigns.
Job Summary :
The Head of Google Ads (Performance Marketing) will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive admissions, generate high-quality leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube), conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Own budget planning, pacing, and allocation across campaigns with focus on maximizing performance.
- Conduct A / B testing on ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
- Manage keyword research, audience segmentation, negative keyword lists, and ad scheduling.
- Collaborate with design, content, admissions, and tech teams for seamless execution and lead flow.
- Track key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- Keep updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Regularly report performance insights, campaign analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.Strong command over Search, Display, and YouTube advertising platforms.Proven success in driving high-volume, cost-efficient lead generation campaigns.Expert in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
