Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing person to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to drive quality traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
A strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, bid management, and campaign performance tracking is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for banners and visuals.
- Implement A / B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
Primary Skills Required :
4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.Understanding of Quality Score, bidding strategies, ad extensions, and audience targeting.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video) preferred.Preferred Skills :
