About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Research Analyst to support our sales and business development efforts through strategic research and lead generation. In this role, you will identify and qualify prospects, conduct industry research, and work closely with the sales team to drive growth across the U.S. for Staffing Services .
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market and industry research to identify high-quality sales leads for Staffing Services that align with client requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to research prospects and build lead pipelines.
- Develop and execute cold outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activities to inform lead generation strategies.
- Present findings and strategies to internal teams and clients through well-organized meetings and demonstrations.
- Target and qualify prospects in the USA and Canada for staffin g and business services.
- Regularly meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and outreach targets.
- Master company products and services to deliver compelling client presentations.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and time management in a goal-oriented environment.
- Continuously adapt to new tools and methods for optimizing performance and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in research , lead generation, or sales analysis (staffing industry experience a plus).Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.Experience using Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and lead qualification methods.Ability to present insights and strategies clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.Key Competencies : Lead Generation
