Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional service delivery. Oversee multiple accounts, managing budgets and timelines efficiently. Develop and execute comprehensive client and new-business PR strategies and plans. Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and assist in new business pitches and presentations. Provide senior-level counsel to clients, advising on communication strategy, media relations, and reputation management. Lead and mentor account teams, fostering collaboration, creativity, and skill development. Ensure account profitability through proactive planning and performance monitoring. Write, edit, and review press materials, proposals, and communication plans. Build strong media and influencer relationships to drive impactful coverage. Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development opportunities. 4+ years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or marketing. Strong understanding of travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industries. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable PR plans. Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities. Solution-driven with excellent project management and follow-through skills. Strong media relations and influencer engagement experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
