Procurement Specialist – Indirect Spends

Job Summary :

The Procurement Specialist will lead the sourcing of sub-category of Services for Sales & Marketing. This sub-category includes services procurement of Creatives MICE Media (TV & Digital) Consultants Subscriptions HCP engagement etc..  He / She will be responsible for the following.

• Conduct Rigorous Spend Analytics of the sub-category to establish Roadmap of Strategic Sourcing
• Define category strategy identifying the key levers to maximize savings through structured Ideation
• Establish the structure and management for Procurement Excellence
• Work with category stakeholders and business partners to implement procurement policies and procedures
• Compliance of Audits both Internal and External
• Measure and track performance KPIs and define budgetary impact
