Role Description – Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor responsible for managing day-to-day operations at GLI’s construction and interior fit-out sites across India. The Site Supervisor will ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, material specifications, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise all on-site activities related to civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal project management team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Monitor daily work progress, identify site issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain project schedules, manpower planning, material tracking, and work sequencing.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly site progress reports to project managers.
• Verify measurements, certify completed work, and assist with RA bills and BOQ documentation.
• Maintain discipline, work ethics, and a professional environment at the site.

Qualifications :

Salary :

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

(Depends on experience, technical skills, and project handling capability.)
