About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Domestic IT hiring, especially for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, leading teams, coordinating with delivery / hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of niche and volume IT requirements.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely delivery for contract and permanent positions. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end hiring cycles for IT & Non-IT roles across multiple clients.
• Develop hiring strategies, sourcing plans, and delivery models.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, head-hunting, and referrals.
