We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Quality Leader to head our global quality function across international processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in quality frameworks, performance improvement, people leadership, and global stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end Quality Strategy across multiple international business units.Lead teams of Quality Managers / Analysts to deliver world-class customer experience.Build and implement quality governance, audits, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with global leaders to enhance process efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Manage performance metrics, insights, and reporting across regions.Lead transformation projects, automation initiatives, and SOP standardization.Requirements
15+ years in Quality, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles.Strong experience in international or global operations.Expertise in QA frameworks, analytics, VOC / NPS, and process excellence.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic vision.
