Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads for financial products.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored financial solutions.
Product Sales & Portfolio Management
Promote and sell a range of financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards.Manage liability products such as Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposits.Drive cross-selling initiatives to maximize wallet share.Ensure client retention and satisfaction through proactive service and timely follow-ups.Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.Provide detailed reports on sales performance, customer insights, and new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and client experience.Key Requirements :
Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in any fieldExperience : Minimum 2 years in financial services, handling both loans and liability productsSkills :Strong sales and negotiation abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with banking / financial regulationsAbility to manage multiple financial products effectivelyWho Can Apply :
