Operations Lead

will manage end-to-end onsite campaign execution across PAN India, lead the operations team, ensure strong vendor relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and meet performance standards.

Designation : Operations Lead.

Location : Hyderabad (WFO)

Success Metrics :

60%+ Monthly Utilisation across all campaigns.

350–500 Campaigns Successfully Executed per month.

Minimum 50% NPS, with a target to achieve 75% NPS.

On-time service delivery with SLA adherence above 95%.

Reduction in Escalations month-over-month.

Cost Efficiency achieved through effective price negotiation.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and monitor the onsite team to ensure timely and error-free campaign execution.

Ensure smooth execution of multiple campaigns across PAN India.

Achieve monthly utilisation targets and manage 350–500 campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors for on-time execution.

Oversee vendor management, including pricing and performance.

Ensure customer experience standards and drive NPS improvements.

Handle escalations and provide performance analysis and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

3–6 years of experience in operations, field execution, or vendor management.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage high-volume operations and tight timelines.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
