End-to-End Recruitment : Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy : Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative hiring solutions.
Candidate Engagement : Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
Data Management : Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Reporting : Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability for functional roles.
Requirements
Education : MBA in Human Resources
Experience : 6–10 years in functional / non-tech hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Operations).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Exposure to market mapping and proactive sourcing for niche functional roles.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
