Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Franchise Development Manager. The role involves managing all aspects of franchise development, including lead generation, identifying potential franchise partners, and executing franchise sales. The person in this role will design business plans, provide training and support to franchisees, and ensure proper alignment with EleFant's brand objectives. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive operational excellence and uphold the company's vision.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising with a results-oriented approach
Strong skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
Expertise in Training and development of franchise partners
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Experience within the toy or education industry is an added advantage
