Job Title – FP&A Manager (US-FP&A / Corporate FP&A)

Location - Gurugram / Noida

Applicants should be from -ITES / MNC / BPO / Business Consulting or SSC Industry

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Build financial models to assess business performance and scenario outcomes.

Consolidate forecasts from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and alignment.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances vs. budget / forecast.

Create management dashboards, performance KPIs, and executive-level reporting packs.

Evaluate revenue trends, cost structure, profitability, and margin performance.

Qualifications

MBA Finance / CA Inter.

8+ experience in FP&A.

Excellent MS Excel and Report Writing skills (Adaptive / Hyperion knowledge is must).
