What You’ll Build

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer or Applied AI Architect to lead the development of :

Aonxi AI Notetaker : Think Fathom, Fireflies, Otter - but custom-built, embedded into both Vo IP (Zoom, Meet, Ring Central) and mobile / telephony calls (Twilio + device-level capture).

Cross-platform Call Capture SDKs (web, mobile, Vo IP, Ring Central, Twilio)

Real-time ASR + Speaker Diarization (AWS Transcribe, Deepgram, Whisper, custom STT)

Private LLM Agent Deployment (1 per business, Pinecone / RAG / fine-tuned GPTs)

Signal-to-Action Loop : Every call transcript feeds into content, ads, CRM triggers, and credit scoring.

What You’ve Done

Shipped an AI voice product (e.g., notetaker, bot, voice agent, etc.)

Built real-time transcription systems for Zoom, Meet, or phone calls

Architected private AI agents or models trained on domain-specific data

Worked in small founding teams or have the grit to work cross-stack

Bonus : You’ve dealt with mobile OS limitations for live call recording on Android / i OS

Base : Survival-Level
