Durakart Marketing Private Limited is a growing apparel manufacturing company specializing in high-quality knitted garments. Our Falta unit manages end-to-end production, including fabric sourcing, sampling, bulk manufacturing, quality checks, and dispatch.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to handle product development, sampling, production coordination, and buyer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, costing, and garment manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with buyers for new developments, approvals, and order updates.
• Oversee sampling, pre-production processes, and prepare tech packs when required.
• Create costing sheets, fabric consumption, and negotiate with vendors for trims and materials.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, cutting, and quality teams to meet production timelines.
• Manage fabric / trim approvals, lab dips, print strike-offs, and fit samples.
• Maintain order trackers, T&A calendars, and internal production status reports.
• Follow up on every stage of order execution from sample to shipment.
• Identify production risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support documentation and dispatch coordination when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and manufacturing quality standards.
