We are now building our
Outbound Growth Engine
and looking for a proactive SDR to convert MQLs into SQLs through disciplined outreach and smart conversations.
Your Mission :
Own the first human interaction with our potential clients — convert warm leads into qualified opportunities by driving discovery conversations and handing off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Call, follow-up, and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Handle
50-60 calls / day
with proper call-logging and follow-up Move interested leads into SQL stage in CRM and schedule intro calls for the Sales team Update lead status and notes consistently in CRM Share weekly performance metrics (calls, connects, SQLs, appointments)
Ideal Candidate :
1–3 years of experience in
cold calling or inside sales
preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B services Strong communication skills in English (Kannada / Hindi is a plus) Hunger to learn, execute, and grow in a sales-driven team
