About the Role - We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in short-form and long-form content. The role requires a balance of strong storytelling, platform-specific expertise, and the ability to use content tools and data insights to drive engagement, visibility, and growth with an organic-first approach.

This is a remote-first role , so the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a virtual setup is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation and Management

• Create, manage, and publish engaging short-form and organic long-form content for social platforms (, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly long-form content such as blogs, website copy, and thought leadership articles.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (social posts, infographics, newsletters, case studies).
