We are seeking a highly organized and creative Video Content Editor to own our short-form video production pipeline from concept to delivery.

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both hands-on video editing and the coordination of a freelance team to produce 12 short-form videos weekly. Your mission is to ensure a consistent, timely, and high-quality output by streamlining processes, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Production Management -

• Oversee the end-to-end workflow for 12 weekly short-form videos.
• Assign projects to freelance editors with clear briefs every Monday by 12 PM.
• Conduct timely reviews of first drafts (Tuesday & Thursday, 2 PM) and provide consolidated feedback.

Content Creation -

Quality Assurance -

Team Leadership -

Skills & Requirements -

working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects is required.
