About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Architectural Assistant

to support the Director and design team in day-to-day tasks, client coordination, and project-related activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates beginning their architectural career and looking for strong exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Director in design, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Travel with the Director for client meetings, site visits, and vendor interactions.

Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and reports as required.

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.

Assist in managing project documentation and maintaining organized records.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Support the team in research, material selection, and design brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Must be

based in Navi Mumbai .

Comfortable with travelling for meetings

and site visits with the Director.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (preferred).
