About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced State Head to lead our solar panel sales and business development operations in Madhya Pradesh or Chhattisgarh. This is a core channel sales leadership role, focused on driving business growth through distribution network expansion and achieving high-volume sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-level sales targets.
• Create and expand new distribution channels to strengthen market presence.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
