Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN in Chennai for an Associate – Content Team . The ideal candidate will work in a creative, fast-paced environment to craft, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms. You will also support video production workflows, metadata optimization, and content scheduling to drive reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and executing strategies to grow the Creative Careers Hub community across platforms (website, Facebook group, newsletter, online and offline activations etc.) Engage actively with community members by responding to queries, moderating discussions, and encouraging participation Support content creation for social media and newsletters focused on community spotlights, testimonials, or member updates Help plan and organise virtual events, Q&A sessions, or live chats with industry professionals in the run up to CultureCon 2025 Collect and analyse community feedback to suggest improvements for engagement Research best practices in community building and suggest fresh, creative ideas Maintain and update databases of members, applicants, and resource partners Qualifications and Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or related fields Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; knowledge of other Indian languages a bonus) Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook Groups and Instagram) Interest in arts, culture, and creative careers in India A proactive, people-first mindset with strong organisational skills Note : The selected candidate would be required to use their own laptop for work.
