Key Responsibilities :

• Develop financial models (FM) for the fund-raise and ongoing strategic initiatives
• Prepare investor materials, presentations, and data-room documentation
• Support end-to-end due diligence processes-coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and investors
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analyses to support decision-making
