Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site at our Faridabad location. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing content for various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to increase engagement and brand visibility. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content creation with overall brand goals and messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proficiency in developing and implementing content strategies.
• Manage photoshoots
• SHould have worked on youtube
• Exceptional Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling content.
• Ability to evaluate social media performance metrics and improve strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with social media trends, tools, and best practices is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sustainability-focused businesses is a plus.
