Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Role Overview :

Join our team as a Salesforce Developer, where you will play a vital role in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.

We are seeking a talented individual with expertise in Salesforce development, including Visualforce Pages, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Define application architecture and design high-level design artifacts to guide the development process.
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for Salesforce modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Lead validation for all types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support implementation, transition, and warranty activities, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Foster a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
• Utilize Salesforce development basics to design and develop custom solutions using Visualforce Pages, Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Leverage Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and streamline workflows.
• Work extensively in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile working model, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Experience or knowledge of Vlocity and Omnistudio would be beneficial for certain projects.
• Obtain and maintain Salesforce certifications to demonstrate proficiency and expertise in Salesforce development.
