In partnership with Compensation and Benefits, provide support for continuous improvement of the function through the development and implementation of all compensation and benefit programs
Develop and manage programs that support high retention of employees
Personnel Administration And Compliance
Oversees payroll, personnel and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies, and develop HR policies
Coordinate the integration of acquired employees
Drive constant process improvement and increase administrative efficiency, making use of outsourcing, automation of processes and self-service where appropriate, and promoting the use of corporate tools
Team Management / Reporting
Manage a team of HR professionals, and identify and develop a strong career path
Develop and manage HR plan and budget
Provide key talent with regular career coaching
Monitor HR metrics and ensure the production of regular HR reports
Position Requirements
Graduate Degree in Business, HR with a strong recruitment background
7+ years of HR experience, including HR leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop, implement, and manage a regional strategic HR plan, and report on progress regularly
Good working knowledge of personal computers and commonly used business software and tools i.E. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS & ATS
