Position : Sales Associate – SaaS / IT Solutions

Experience : 0-3 Years

Location : Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders, including the CRO and CEO, supporting high-impact sales initiatives and contributing to our go-to-market success in the identity and cybersecurity space.

Roles And Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and partner channels.

Manage and nurture leads in the CRM with timely follow-ups.

  • Sales Engagement
  • Conduct introductory sales calls, understand customer pain points, and pitch SaaS / IT solutions accordingly.

    Schedule product demos with senior sales or presales teams.

  • Pipeline & Target Ownership
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

    Track opportunities and update CRM with accuracy.

  • Customer Interaction
  • Engage with decision-makers (Managers, IT Heads, CISOs, Procurement teams) and build strong relationships.

    Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.

  • Proposal & Documentation
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, MoMs, and relevant sales documentation.

  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads.

    Coordinate with Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the SaaS and cybersecurity domain.

    Required Skill Set :

    Technical & Sales Skills

    Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in SaaS or IT Software Sales .

    Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycle, lead qualification, and pipeline management.

    Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

    Comfortable engaging with enterprise and mid-market customers.

    Ability to learn and pitch technology products quickly (IAM, Cybersecurity, IT software).

    Communication & Soft Skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

    High ownership, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

    Comfortable with travel when required.

    Preferred

    Experience in cybersecurity, identity management, or IT infrastructure sales is an added advantage.

    Prior experience in B2B software selling.
