About Position :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior webMethods Developer to join our enterprise integration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations using the Software AG webMethods suite, including Integration Server (IS), Trading Networks (TN), MWS, UM, and API Gateway. The role involves working closely with architects, business analysts, and other developers to deliver robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions.

What You'll Do :
Design, develop, and support integrations using webMethods components : Integration Server (IS), Trading Networks (TN), Universal Messaging (UM), My webMethods Server (MWS), and API GatewayAnalyze business and technical requirements to create detailed integration design documents.Develop and configure Business Processes (BPM) using webMethods Designer.Work with webMethods Adapters (e.G., SAP, JDBC, File, MQ) for external system integrations.Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and monitoring in all integration flows.Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs using webMethods.Participate in code reviews and performance tuning of integrations.Provide production support for deployed integration solutions and troubleshoot incidents.Work collaboratively in Agile teams with DevOps practices (CI / CD, Git, etc.).Provide technical guidance to junior developers and perform peer reviews.Create and maintain technical documentation.Expertise You'll Bring :
6+ years of hands-on experience with Software AG webMethods suite.Strong expertise in Integration Server (IS) and webMethods Flow services.Deep understanding of Trading Networks and partner onboarding.Experience with webMethods API Gateway and API Portal.Strong experience in Universal Messaging (UM) for publish / subscribe and JMS messaging.Proficiency in working with Adapters : JDBC, SAP, MQ, etc.Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) using Designer.Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, WSDL, and web services security.Familiarity with DevOps tools : Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI / CD pipelines.Good knowledge of error handling, logging, performance tuning, and best practices in integration development.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Experience with webMethods Cloud (webMethods.Io) and hybrid integrations.Familiarity with Terracotta, Command Central, or ActiveTransfer.Understanding of microservices architecture and API management practices.Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.Benefits :
