Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele caller based in Kochi, with some work from home acceptable. The Tele caller role involves daily tasks such as making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, providing information about HD Zone's services and products, and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, lead generation,following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Inside Sales experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are beneficial
