Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and non tech roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closures.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture and job requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
