About the role

We are an AI powered marketing agency and we are looking for a Growth Marketer with 1 to 3 years of experience. You should have worked in a marketing agency before. You will manage client accounts run performance campaigns support organic efforts and use AI tools to speed up research and delivery. This role needs someone who can take ownership speak to clients with confidence and understand how different marketing channels work.

Key responsibilities

Manage day to day client communication

Take ownership of client delivery and timelines

Plan run and track performance campaigns

Support organic marketing tasks and growth experiments

Use AI tools for research content planning and reporting

Prepare weekly updates for clients

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery

Identify new ideas to improve client results

Handle client servicing with a clear and confident approach

Skills required

Strong communication skills

Hands on skills with AI tools

Good understanding of performance marketing

Basic understanding of organic growth

Ability to manage clients and take ownership

Clear understanding of common marketing channels

Prior experience in a marketing agency
