Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect with a strong background in Fusion HCM and prior experience in EBS HRMS . The ideal candidate will lead integration strategy, design scalable solutions, and guide technical teams in delivering secure and efficient integrations across Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Lead integration roadmap, best practices, and solution frameworks
• Work closely with functional and technical teams across Fusion HCM and legacy EBS HRMS systems
• Design and develop integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, FBDI, HCM Extracts, HDL, and other Oracle technologies
• Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and architecture governance
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and solution validation
• Support migration, modernization, and coexistence between EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure high availability
