Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect with a strong background in Fusion HCM and prior experience in EBS HRMS . The ideal candidate will lead integration strategy, design scalable solutions, and guide technical teams in delivering secure and efficient integrations across Oracle environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Lead integration roadmap, best practices, and solution frameworks
- Work closely with functional and technical teams across Fusion HCM and legacy EBS HRMS systems
- Design and develop integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, FBDI, HCM Extracts, HDL, and other Oracle technologies
- Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and architecture governance
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and solution validation
- Support migration, modernization, and coexistence between EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure high availability
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — Integrations, PCS, VBCS, OrchestrationSolid understanding of Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence preferred)Prior experience working with EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, API / Interface knowledge)Expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, FBDI, Web ServicesDeep understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, and security frameworksStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsExperience leading offshore teams or acting as a technical lead / architect is a plusNice-to-Have
OCI / Oracle certificationsExperience with OTBI / BIP integration touchpointsKnowledge of other Oracle SaaS modules
