Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Duration : Permanent
Location : Bengaluru (Remote)
Pay Rate : 34₹LPA to 60₹ LPA
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Must have 2–3+ full-cycle implementations
- Expertise in Payroll, Core HR, OTL, or Benefits modules
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes
- Ability to create functional design documents and troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with OTBI / BI SQL
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
