Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst with at least 8 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at using financial data to drive business insights. Proficiency in financial software tools such as QuickBooks is essential. This is a night shift, remote position designed to align with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.

2. Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.

3. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

4.Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to support strategic decisions.

5. Use QuickBooks and other financial tools to manage accounting data and ensure accuracy.

6. Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations.

7. Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities proactively.

8. Contribute to long-term business planning and scenario analysis.

Required Qualifications :

1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA / CPA preferred.

2.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.

3.Strong experience with QuickBooks; experience with other ERP or BI tools is a plus.

4.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.

5.Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

6.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

7.Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and during U.S. time zones.
