• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
• Design and implement digital roadmaps across Insurance verticals
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging AI / GenAI, RPA, ML, and cloud
• Collaborate with global teams to drive modernization and innovation
• Champion adoption of digital tools and manage end-to-end delivery
• Provide thought leadership across consulting, analytics, and change management
