Implement and support Service Management (SM) processes in SAP S / 4HANA.
Configure and customize S / 4 Service Management modules (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, Resource Planning).
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Integrate Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.
Provide issue resolution, enhancements, and end-user training.
Required Skills :
Required SAP experience, with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations in S / 4HANA Service Management.
Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction in S / 4.
Understanding of related modules (SD, MM, FI, CS).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
