About the Opportunity

We are hiring BIM MEP Engineers for URC Construction (P) Ltd., Chennai. This position is open to both freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in BIM MEP modeling and coordination.

Candidates who have pursued a certified BIM MEP course are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical).
• Create coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models using Revit MEP.
• Work closely with project engineers and BIM leads to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Update models based on engineering inputs, revisions, and coordination requirements.
• Assist in clash detection and coordination using BIM platforms / software.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
